Table Time- Eat at a Table. Sounds easy right?!?

The CGI team will take part in a new wellness challenge, Table Time, during National Nutrition Month. We invite you and your organization to join along! Table Time invites you to eat at least one meal a day, at home or in the office, at a dining table – preferably in the company of your family, friends, or coworkers. This 30-day challenge will help you slow down and enjoy your meals in a social and distraction-free setting, where you can focus on the conversation, people around you, and above all – appreciating your food. The goal is to eat without working, texting, watching TV, etc. Mindful eating while socializing will lead you to greater satisfaction with less food, lowered stress levels and increased sense of overall well-being. We begin our challenge on March 14th.
