Dan’s extensive experience as an Insurance Broker and Financial Advisor began upon his graduation from the Whittemore School of Business at UNH with a Bachelor’s degree. Prior to forming CGI, Dan worked in the insurance industry as a broker for 7 years.

He is an active member in the insurance industry and serves on the advisory boards for Anthem BCBS, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, CIGNA Healthcare and MVP Healthcare. He works closely with the insurance carriers to develop and implement local product offerings that are both innovative and cost effective to employers.

In addition to being an influential leader in the brokerage community, he is also committed to supporting the local community. Dan is currently the Treasurer for Youngsville Athletic Association and the head coach for the Manchester Bears football team in Manchester. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Moore Center services, a non-profit agency.

Jeff holds a BS degree from Franklin Pierce College and joined CGI in 2002. His industry background spans over 20 years and includes broad experience in HMO operations, provider contract negotiation, network development and sales. He has worked as a private consultant and held positions with Well Care of New England, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Healthsource Inc., and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care.

In addition to his responsibility for day-to-day operations at CGI, Jeff possesses a great deal of expertise in claims analysis. He works closely with many of the firm’s larger clients in translating reams of carrier-generated reports into concise, meaningful data upon which informed decisions can be made.

Catharine is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has 20+ years of experience in the Human Resources field. She currently manages the HR Support and Benefits Administration Department which includes compliance, benefits administration and human resources solutions for CGI’s clients. She comes to CGI with a diverse background in the area of human resources, including compliance, staffing, employee relations, training, benefits, compensation and payroll. Catharine has utilized these skills in a variety of industries including banking, manufacturing, and technology firms.

Prior to joining CGI, she was the Vice President of Human Resources for Ride-Away Handicap Equipment Corporation, in which she managed a full human resources department in a multi-state environment. Catharine has her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Central Florida. In addition to her education and experience in the Human Resources field, she continually strives to dedicate herself to the profession by her involvement in the national and regional HR professional groups. She most recently served as the President of the Greater Nashua Human Resources Association and is currently on the Board of Directors for the HR State Council of New Hampshire, a SHRM affiliate.

Lois came to CGI in 2008 with over 30 years’ experience in Finance including management positions and experience in credit, receivables, payables, payroll, general ledger and tax reporting.

An honors graduate of Northern Essex Community College with a degree in Business Management, Lois had her own bookkeeping company servicing a wide variety of businesses prior to joining CGI. She is responsible for the accounting functions of CGI.
